Composition: triacetate.

Its glossy appearance resembles that of natural silk. Polyfilament yarns or short fibers spun from cellulose triacetate have high tensile strength, are heat-resistant, thermoplastic; generate permanent curl (can be transformed into pleated fabrics), are easy to wash and do not wrinkle. They are luxurious fibers, with excellent touch and drape, resilient, can be cleaned by washing or dry cleaning, do not generate pilling phenomena, are slightly electrostatically charged. Uses: clothing (dresses, blouses, sportswear, skirts, especially where pleats need to be maintained), imitation sheepskin, cattleskin or seal fur.
